Worked as executive and business manager for more than 25 years. During these years he had accumulated a lot of experiences in business development, representation and installation of foreign companies in Brazil and Brazilian companies in the exterior, as well managing his own business. As CEO in Brazil, Vladimir has reported for business council and presidency of multinationals companies. His clients are companies in sectors such as industrial groups and services in chemical sector, telecom, logistic, foreign commerce, representation and consultants of companies and start-up of business.

During his career he helped companies to plan business and activities, revising and modifying its process, developing strategies, reorganizing the organizations and  managing business, intending to guarantee the success of the implementation. In the last four years he has been a partner of investment funds such as JP Morgan, Stratus, VNN and Altor for reorganization and management of the businesses. 

Between 1989 and 1999, Vladimir had worked in projects for the chemical division of Sandoz SA and Clariant SA, after he had been CEO of RR Donnelleywhere it remained up to 2004 working with printer's sector and logistic. After that, he assisted a brazilian environment high technology company (TSL Ambient Engineering) on its professionalization, struturing and entring on the europena market, including get in resources for the IFC. Also, he has helped American companies of high technology in fotovoltaic panels area to acquire silicon in Brazil and on  development of partnerships with the objective to implant local production.

Currently he´s in front of a turnaround project of services company in the telecommunication area (Relacon - owned by a  Swedish investment fund called Altor), as well as  assessoring American companies and German in the Brazilian market of technologies to create and use the renewed of energy.

He is an electrical engineer from the PUC-RJ with emphasis in telecommunications and electronics. MBA from Chicago GBS. English, Russian, German, Spaniard and Portuguese fluently.
